In addition, we provide the launch and implementation of out-of-court mediation procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The advantages of such mediation procedures or out-of-court settlements are plain to see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A rapid start of the settlement (mediation or out-of-court settlement).<\/li>\n<li>No lenghty judicial proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality:\u00a0 Mediation procedures or out-of-court settlements are not made public.<\/li>\n<li>Out-of-court settlements are often less costly than court proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Final enforcable agreements without time consuming further
