Out-of-court settlement

Due to the increasing workload of the courts out-of-court settlements are gaining importance; they are quicker and less costly.

As a conciliation office state-recognised by the Landgericht Mannheim we provide the option to settle a dispute out of court. In addition, we provide the launch and implementation of out-of-court mediation procedures.

The advantages of such mediation procedures or out-of-court settlements are plain to see:

• A rapid start of the settlement (mediation or out-of-court settlement).
• No lenghty judicial proceedings.
• Confidentiality:  Mediation procedures or out-of-court settlements are not made public.
• Out-of-court settlements are often less costly than court proceedings.
• Final enforcable agreements without time consuming further review by the next level of jurisdiction.
